Creating a Custom Plan for You

Request Consultation: (714)-985-9025

The planning we will do together begins with listening to you. We do this so we understand your wants, needs, and objectives.

Then working together we create your custom designed estate plan.

Steps for planning

WE LISTEN & Understand your GOALS

Understanding your desires and needs enables us to discover opportunities, make appropriate suggestions and clarify issues. Goals are established. Then objective steps necessary to achieve goals are discussed and selected.

  • Discover what is important to the client.
  • Understand the client’s current family and/or business situation.
  • Suggest a variety of solutions that will help the client achieve their goals.
  • Craft an estate plan that can achieve the now well-defined needs, wants, and goals.
  • Make certain that the Client understands the plan and is satisfied that it will work.
  • Mentor the client the options available to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

Design

Ascertaining and ranking desired objectives allows us to develop your custom Estate Plan.

An estate plan is a defined action plan, with known actors and agreed-upon steps.

Development

The estate plan is developed according to the goals and objectives chosen by the client, drafted, and vetted by the lawyer and reviewed and approved by the Client.

Implementation

Legal Instruments are selected, drafted, reviewed, and explained. Deeds are executed and filed with the appropriate County Recorder.

Evaluation & mentorSHIP

Complete final drafts of the documents are reviewed, and discussed, with the client/clients making necessary changes if any. The execution date will then be set.

“Each client is special and all are unique. We work together to discover the best ways
to protect, control and transfer wealth. We work just as hard to transfer the values that the client has, because people are a lot more than just money” — Gerard W. O’Brien
